Establishment operational override limited
Override the refund ceilings for one establishment (creates a draft you then activate). Regime, fiscal identity, periods and payroll policy are never overridable here.
Governance designations — DG & Conseil
Appoint the real people who hold DG and Conseil approval authority for a legal entity. Each person uses their own individual staff account — never a shared Conseil account. A legal entity has one DG at a time and may have several Conseil members. Future-dated appointments are not supported in v1: an appointment takes effect immediately or is backdated.
